Saturday hours are 8am and 9am. There is no SHRED today as we are doing a 9/11 Memorial Wod. This is one that Patty used to post this and it is a good challenge and our way if remembering. It was 20 years ago but it’s important that it stays with us. You have a choice of which WOD to do! Talk about it with your friends or maybe you have an emotional attachment to one of these.. As always, give it your all. Coach Matt Z will be taking you through it as I’m attending a Faith RX Memorial event. Good luck!
