Hey guys! Weather is spotty for Saturday but I still think we can get some outside time in. Let’s hit the track.
For those of you doing your own programming, don’t forget to hit that posterior. Good mornings, deadlifts, DB snatches, superman stretches, RDLs. THese are all good movements to avoid strength imbalances with the front side. And the same holds true for your upper body. If you’re hitting tons of push-ups and bench press and shoulder press, don’t forget to get some pulling in as well.
