It’s Murph Weekend! So I’ve heard from a bunch of members that are hitting this in a number of ways in all different locations. Home rigs, garages, tracks, etc.

So . . . if you have the means, this is the traditional Murph Challenge

1 Mile Run

100 Pull-Ups

200 Push-Ups

300 Air Squats

1 Mile Run

This can be broken up any way you want and if you’re feeling brave and have a weighted vest, go for it!

If you have no equipment, you can try this one that I posted the other day . . .

1 Mile Run

200 Push-Ups

300 Air Squats

400 Sit-Ups

1 Mile Run
