We are reinstating the Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 morning classes starting this upcoming week so we now have 6:30 5 days a week!
Also, make sure your TRIIB app is up to date and you use it check in before class. I’m trying to work some more equipment into these wods so sometimes that involves the coach having to game plan a little. So it’s great when the coach has a heads up a few minutes ahead of time to plan. Thanks!
