Today we’ll be tackling Open 18.1 together as a team! I will have heats for you to sign up for during the 8 and 9 am class. I know some of you may need to get it done early. Not a problem! If you’re not in a rush, then come at 9. Please get it done today, if you can. The workout and standards will be gone over with and any questions you might have.  Good luck and have fun! You do not have to be registered in the Open to come in and workout today. I hope to see you all bright and early and ready to get the first Open workout of 2018 done!

10 dumbbell hang clean and jerks 50#/35#
14/12 cal. row

Scaled Division:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
8 hanging knee-raises
10 dumbbell hang clean and jerks 35#/20#
14/12 cal. row
