The weightlifting class is cancelled for today. Sorry for any inconvenience. Don’t forget to sign up on the sheet by the whiteboard for Murph Saturday, May 27th for the 8 or 9 am class. There will be three different workouts posted. Everyone can do this!! The gym will be closed Sunday the 28th and Monday the 29th. Regular schedule resumes Tuesday the 30th.
