I’m super proud of the 20 people that participated in the six week challenge. Today is the last day of the challenge and I’m happy to say most are going to continue their CrossFit journey with us.  Of course, some fell off and disappeared, but the majority stuck it out through some grueling and challenging workouts and stayed really consistent. The majority of the participants lost inches and weight and are a lot fitter than they were six weeks ago. I feel like this is just the beginning for those staying on. I see fitter, healthier, happy people from here on out. Congratulations!!

With that said, I will be hosting another six week challenge. I don’t have a start date yet, but it should be within the next two to three weeks. If you know someone that you know might be interested in signing up, please let them know. I’ll keep you posted on the start date.

The T shirt order went in last week and the order should be in by next week or the week after the latest. I’ll keep you posted on that as well. 

Last announcement: We will have regular gym hours on Mother’s Day at 9 and 10. Hope you make it in!
