We are doing a team workout today. That doesn’t mean you’re taking the day off … because we’re doing a team workout. I want to see everyone come in and get this done ….

TEAM WOD (teams of 2)

Row 1500 meters

100 wall balls 20#/24#

100 pull ups

100 clean and jerks 115#/75#

300 double unders

** one athlete works at a time. Break up reps as you want. Workout can be scaled and modified.
