Get to class on time!! Strength starts ten minutes after class time and the workout will be starting 30 minutes into the hour. If you’re late, pick up where the class is.
STRENGTH:
5 x 2 position clean
clean +hang clean (knee height)
*** increase the weight with each set
CrossFit WOD:
20 power cleans 135#/95#
50 double unders (100 singles)
800 meter run
15 power cleans 185#/125#
50 double unders
400 meter run
10 power cleans 205#/135#
50 double unders
200 meter run
*** Scale accordingly and have your bumper plates all set up for the increase in weight with each set before the workout starts.
