Hope everyone had a nice weekend. We had a great weekend at Thor with a Monster Workout Saturday and a good SHRED Sunday. Great work everyone!! Today’s wod is deceiving. It looks simple on paper but I’ve done this twice in the last two weeks and it’s tough. Come on in and test the engine.
