Great work all weekend. Reps looked awesome. Props to those who did Saturday and still tackled SHRED!

For Monday we have a tough benchmark but it is a great test of barbell cycling, strength and stamina. Let’s think this through and scale accordingly. This is a hero wod but don’t try to be one. This weight adds up quickly.
