Great day Sunday at Thor Fitness as we tackled a tough Hero wod. . . and my man Rob Craig made it to the gym after donating a kidney less than a week ago and rode the bike erg! Back at Thor Fitness for his first sweat and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Amazing. Welcome back Rob. You’re an inspiration!



I’ll be posting some info in the coming days about the CrossFit Open. It starts October 10th and everyone can get involved.
