I hope you all had a great weekend! I’m still settling in with getting the details together for the Nutrition challenge and back on social media. Who knew that taking a vacation would knock me out of my routine this bad, but I’m excited to be back. Props to all the coaches Mike R, Mike V, Joe G and Nelson for keeping you all motivated this past week.

I know it’s a holiday today, but class times are as usual. The 8:30 am class is also back in swing this week. If you are attending this class, please pre-register by 10 pm the night before. If you register and then decide the following morning you will not be attending, then unregister ASAP.
