I hope you all had an awesome weekend! Just a few more weeks and we’ll be doing running wods for sure! As some of you may know, Thor Fitness puts a team together usually twice a year for the Civilian Military Combine held in PA and Brooklyn. Sean Rogers, the founder of the CMC, knows that we were one of the original teams to attend the very first competition in PA with about 15 and 27 in Brooklyn. Use the belt or you can use dumbbells held between your feet. If you don’t have your pull ups, work on using a lighter band or no band and go for strict pull ups
