Perfect! 22.2 is a 10 Minute couplet of DLs and Burpees. We’ve been hitting those in wods in all different weights and formats. You got this!

We had some light deadlifts Wednesday and Burpees in Blaze so we got our touches in this week. We’ll give the lower back a break Friday and be ready to rock on Saturday. Same thing, register for 8 or 9 on Saturday.
