Every time you drop the wall ball, 5 burpee box jumps. 24″/20″

*** The spirit of this is constant motion. Receive the wall ball on the descent. No pausing in front rack.

This is tough. We are time capping at 30 Minutes. Seriously think about using a lighter wall ball and hanging on for large sets.
