Hey everyone. We had a great BLAZE Thursday. I’m loving the increased attendance, let’s keep it going for the summer!

There was big news today on the mask issue. It looks like things are finally coming to an end for those who are vaccinated. Things are still unclear as the new CDC guidance is still subject to New York State law. Until things are completely clear, have respect for your friends and coaches and let’s stick with it for a little while longer. I’ll keep you posted on what I find out and of any changes.

I am leaving for vacation on Friday and will be returning Wednesday. So, a few changes. There will be no SHRED class this Sunday. Mike R will be coaching the weekend and we will have 8 and 9 regular CrossFit classes on both Saturday and Sunday. TRIIB is updated to reflect this. The coaching schedule will be updated too. We’ll have appearances by Coach Mully, Coach Nikki, who you may have seen killing it in the back, and Coach Kristen. You’ll be in good hands! Feel free to text me if you have any issues.
