Hot weather for Friday so if you’re exercising outside you might want to get it done early.
Intensity. We love it. We’re Crossfitters and we want to be on the ground when the work is done. However, let’s not forget to mix in SOME steady state cardio with our High Intensity Interval Training. Steady state cardio burns calories, promotes blood flow and healing and is a way to exercise and recover on the same day!
One of the more effective methods I’ve found is to mix cardio with either carries or static holds. So let’s experiment with that today.

:30 single leg glute bridge hold (left)

You can substitute any cardio piece for jogging
