Let’s get our back squat going for strength. Next week we’re going to be experimenting with time under load for the squat so we’ll be having lots of reps. Let’s get the feel of something heavy on Friday and then we’ll hit volume over the next two weeks starting with SHRED on Sunday. Speaking of SHRED, definitely try to register early if you can instead of Sunday morning. It helps me program and set up the flow when I have an idea of attendance. Thanks!
