The CrossFit Games 2014 Open 14.3 workout has been announced!  As you know (or may not know if you are new to the CrossFit Open) I have no idea what the Open workout will be until it is announced, and I always seem to post one of the elements in the workout the day before as was the case this week.  Deadlifts are in the Open wod 14.3, so for those that came in and did Thursdays wod with deadlifts I am going to sub out power cleans for the dead lifts.   I will be judging tomorrow during strength for those in the Open as well as Sunday at 9 am during Sean’s class.  Be sure to get it in and be judged if you are in the Open ASAP!  Don’t wait until Monday. Check out the standards for the Open14.3
