The CrossFit Open starts February 23rd!! What’s The CrossFit Open?? Most of you know what the Open is about and have participated in once, twice or maybe more. For those of you who don’t know, check out the link HERE . I encourage all of you to participate!! Yes, all of you! This is a great time to come together as a community at Thor Fitness to participate in a worldwide competition in our own backyard with your fellow CrossFitters there supporting you through some tough wods. I don’t care how long you have been doing CrossFit. You are all able to do this.
