Check out this video on the wall ball technique. Watch it not once but twice and read the notations on the left side. Technique will be gone over with each class before the workout starts. It might seem easy, but there’s a lot involved with proper technique. If you have problems with the wall ball technique, lighten up on the weight of the medball.
