Yes, it’s Friday. The end to another beautiful Summer week. There are two more weeks left before the kids are back in school and everyone is finished with vacationing. There are A LOT of you who have gone missing over the last few weeks. Get it back in gear and get back to the gym. Don’t forget this Saturday is our Thor Fitness BBQ. It starts at 6 pm. My address is on the whiteboard. If you have not signed up, I’m going to assume you will not be coming. I ordered enough food for the amount of people that let me know they will be attending.
