Saturday, December 19th is going to be our Holiday party at The Grill (formerly The Grill Room) at 160 Adams Avenue, Hauppauge. We had our last two holiday parties there, and it’s now under new ownership and just reopened for business. The party will be from 8-11. The price is $35 plus gratuity for open bar. If you want to pay per drink instead of open bar, you can do that as well. I’ll have a sign up sheet at the white board. If you plan on attending and will be bringing your significant other or a friend or two or three, please sign up!!

RX bars are now available in the Thor Fitness store. These bars are by far the best bars I’ve ever had. There are four great flavors available. Be sure to check it out.
