There’s been a change in the holiday schedule.  Friday, July 4th the gym will be open from 9 to 10 for open gym. A workout will be posted, but it is not a coached class.  Classes will be cancelled on Saturday.  Sunday is a regularly schedule classes at 9 and 10 class.

STRENGTH:

5 sets

3 x snatch grip dead lift

3 x power snatch

3 x overhead squat

(start light and increase the weight for each set.  The overhead squat will dictate the weight)

CrossFit WOD:

 power snatch 115#/75# RX+ 135#/95#

L pull ups

push jerk 115#/75# RX+ 135#/95#

LEVEL 1:

15-12-9

power snatch 65#/35#

pull ups

push jerk 65#/35#
