WEDNESDAY
There’s been a change in the holiday schedule. Friday, July 4th the gym will be open from 9 to 10 for open gym. A workout will be posted, but it is not a coached class. Classes will be cancelled on Saturday. Sunday is a regularly schedule classes at 9 and 10 class.

STRENGTH:

3 x overhead squat
(start light and increase the weight for each set. The overhead squat will dictate the weight)
