We have athletes competing today at Flex on the Beach in Long Beach!! Let’s wish them all good luck! I hope to get some good pictures and post them on Thor Fitness FaceBook. If anyone wants to come I have room for one more. I’m leaving at 10 ish from Thor Fitness.
