Snatch (squat)

Find your 1 RM.  The only way to hit a heavy 1 RM is to squat snatch, not power snatch!!! Do not be afraid to get under that bar and squat.

CrossFit WOD:

75 power snatches 95#/65# RX+ 135#/85#

*** Every minute perform 5 box jumps 24″/20″ RX+ 30″/24″
