This Saturday is not only Friends and Family day at 8 and 9, but the return of the weightlifting class @ 10 am.  Open gym is still on as well. 

STRENGTH:

Deficit reverse barbell lunges

5 x 10

You decide on the weight.This is great for strengthening up the glutes and hamstrings

CrossFit WOD:

7 rds:

9 power cleans 135#/95# RX+ 155#/115#

6 burpees

9 box jumps 24″/20″ RX+ 30″/24″

100 meter run
