The Thor Fitness Summer Throw down is coming together! We are still putting together a scaled and Rx team. If you want to come in and do wod #1 for the chance to hit a heavy power or squat snatch in order to “compete” for a spot on either team, it’s not too late. I have to put the two teams together by the end of this week. This will have to be done during strength or in between class times. Give me a shout out if you haven’t been in to do it yet and have your name on the wall.
