I hope everyone is recuperating after “Murph.”  We had a huge turnout as usual!  This is our last week in the Paleo Challenge.  You’ve all been working real hard!  Hang in there for the last week.  Please turn in your food logs for the third week.  Monday, June 2nd, we’ll be redoing the wods and measurments.  If you won’t be around that day, please get it done before the 2nd or no later than the 3rd of June.
