STRENGTH:

Power clean 12 x 2 @ 65% of 1 RM power clean every :30 seconds

Rest then:

Tabata Kb swings 53#/35# RX+ 70#/44# 8 intervals

CrossFit WOD:

“GI Jane”

100 burpee pull ups for time

Ideally the bar should be 1 foot above reach.

You may modify by putting a box under the pull up bars and burpee then step up on the box and do a jumping pull up

LEVEL 1:

50 burpee jumping pullups
