I want to wish all of the Thor Fitness moms and mom’s to be a Happy Mother’s Day!! Come in and get your workout in before your day of rest and relaxation!!

Firstly, I too want to wish all the Moms out there a Happy Mother’s Day. Hopefully everyone manages to enjoy their special day either being a mom or celebrating the day with their mom.
Second, I just want to let the Thor Fitness family know that there is an upcoming NYPD Memorial Run 5K taking place on the morning of May 18th. I know that’s a little short notice, but I only found out about it this past Thursday. I believe it’s $30 dollars to register and includes a BBQ when the run is completed. The run takes place in honor of all the men and women who’ve died in the line of duty for the City of New York.
