TUESDAY
This Saturday and Sunday I will be hosting the Weight lifting certification. All am classes will be cancelled. The gym will be open at 12 pm for open gym for one hour on Saturday and Sunday. These classes will not be coached. You can come in and work on your lifts or do a workout that you missed during the week … on your own. If you are in the Open, get it done on Friday or Monday morning.
