As of today I am cancelling Fed Up Healthy Meals.  Please don’t place any more orders this week.  I am looking into two other companies that look pretty awesome!   I still have Custom Fit Meals if you need to order meals this week for next week.  I’ll keep you posted!

5 deficit push ups (45#/25# plate or ring push ups)

10 dead lifts 225#/155#

LEVEL 1:

1 modified rope climb

5 push ups

10 dead lifts 95#/75#
