So Thursday we get the Open announcement. We will be holding the Open on Saturday at 8 and 9 for the next three weeks. If you can’t make it in, there will also be availability at Open gym on Sunday. If you can’t make either of those, I’ll work with you to accommodate you on Monday.

**You may set up a second barbell for jumping over, but use the same barbell for all the lifting. The deadlifts should be unbroken, heavy singles for the cleans are fine. The cleans should be challenging.
