Hey guys! Things are looking good. Sign ups look solid for Monday. Let’s keep it going. So Sunday night, check this blog. I will post the link for the survey along with an explanation. I will also explain the flow.

Just to give you an idea, we will be on the platforms. There are ten rig spots and we will be staying in those and they will be taped off 6 feet apart.

Let’s use common sense when going to get our equipment. No congregating etc. Your coach will explain. We’ll be taking turns getting plates or rowers etc.

I’ll explain more tomorrow but for now jump on Triib and reserve a spot! This will be good motivation to show up!
