Hey! A couple of people texted me about the burpee workout. Good job guys!

So this one has burpees too! And its bad. I’m giving you a guys a tough one today. Its long. Do your best with it. It’s a good storm wod.

Alright. You can attack this two ways. 30 Minutes to see how far you can get. Or you can just say you’re in it for the long haul and do the whole thing.
