More rain for Sunday!

I saw more great workouts on Instagram.. You guys are amazing!

PSA: I have to find out more but I believe if you need to pick up some sporting gear, Dick’s is open for online orders and they bring it out to your car and put it in your trunk. I know someone who bought an ab wheel that way.

So, for Sunday, I want to program a version of Cindy. But let’s mix up the movements and substitute ab work for pull-ups. So . . .

Scaled: Kneeling push-ups

RX+: Feet Elevated push-ups
