We have a hero wod for Monday. Although Labor Day is not a Memorial holiday, it is a National holiday and a day that we get to come in and work out with some of our Thor Fitness family that we don’t normally see. I like the idea of doing Hero wods on these days because it adds some focus and intent to our workout. Read the above about this Hero and then come in and do your best to honor her. There will be plenty of scaling options available.
We are open for CrossFit class at 8 and 9!
