Great job tackling some heavy weight today. Let’s stick with some barbell but lighten it up in order to change the stimulus and the tempo. We’ll be trying to move a little faster but maintaining technique on the deadlifts. If you feel your technique breaking down or your back rounding or the bar getting a little out in front, you’ve reached your threshold speed. Back it off and get your technique back.
