Let’s start the week getting comfortable in the bottom position with weight overhead. We’ll work pause overhead squats and try to sit in the hole for three seconds before standing back up. Not only does this test your strength and stabilizer muscles, but once you’re comfortable it adds confidence to your squat snatch attempts. We’ll be tackling those squat snatches later in the week.
And then for the wod we’ll get a nice Power Snatch burner going. . .
