Are you all ready for Murph this Saturday?? For all Thor Fitness newbies to Murph and are afraid to sign up … just do it!! There will be full Murph as well as half Murph or you can team up with someone and share the run and reps as you see fit. Pull ups, push ups and air squats are usually done in rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats. The 8 am class is full, but there is still plenty of room left in the 9 am class. We’re going to have an “after party” with food and beverages to celebrate another year tackling this hero workout.
