Happy Monday everyone! I’m happy to announce that the new 6:30 am class begins today Monday through Thursday. If you are attending, you must pre-register the night before by 9 pm on the TRIIB app. If you have a change of heart and can’t make it in, then un-register.

Not only are we opening a new class, but Mike Ventura is joining the Thor Fitness coaching staff! He’s been with us as a dedicated, consistent member for four years and is very excited to take on this new role. Welcome to the team Mike!
