ANNOUNCEMENT: On Sunday, July 16th, Thor Fitness will be hosting another In-House Throwdown! Last time we had such a blast doing a coed throwdown, so this time let’s do same sex teams. There will be an RX, scaled and Level 1 division. Everyone can do this!! Start forming teams. The standards and wods will be announced soon. There will be three workouts averaging 10 minutes. Who is ready for this????
