Sorry for the late post! We did this wod last year same time. I guess we didn’t have Sugarwod last year at this time because it’s not posted. This workout is programmed light! Make sure you have weight on the bar that allows you to touch and go while keeping form nice and pretty! Don’t forget leg drive on first pull, hip extension and shrug before pulling under the bar fast!
