Well we’ve got some raining coming for the end of the week so let’s get out and run while it’s still a little dry.
Plus it looks like the armed guards and tyrants have stopped guarding the high school tracks.
We’ll continue to give those shoulders and squatting muscles a break and hit some conditioning and core.
