How was your New Year’s? Are you all ready to get the new year started with a fresh outlook on your fitness? I want to see attendance really pick up starting tomorrow. I will be keeping track of class attendance and posting the Committed Club report every month. In the beginning of February I will be posting January’s attendance of Super Committed Club attendance, which is approximately 5 – 6 classes a week as well as the Committed Club. Let’s see a lot of names in the Super Committed Club!!
And Don’t forget to book your appointment if you want to start a 3 month journey getting your crap together with your diet and training. Accountability coaching consults will require approximately 30 minutes. If you missed the information two days ago on this, here are some of the details….
It’s pretty easy to come in and do classes every week, but do you have the three elements needed to reach your goals … Fitness, Nutrition and Accountabililty? If you are missing any of these elements, you may not be hitting your goals. It’s time for a new year, a new you. This program is an additional fee and is available to non-members of Thor Fitness as well. You will be given the tools to set you up for success!
The Fitness part is getting in a minimum of 4 workouts in a week plus 4 sessions of extra cardio.
The Nutrition part is 3 different plans based on your lifestyle.
The Accountability part is before pics and weekly pics, weekly weigh ins, measurements, and pictures of your meals or food logs. There is a 3 month minimum to start.
