Here’s a reminder of some of Thor Fitness’s rules and gym etiquette that I would like you all to read.
1. Please be on time and don’t forget to check in before class starts from your TRIIB app. If you’re late, pick up where the class is at. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, you will have to wait for the next class.
2.DO NOT start strength until 15 minutes after the hour. If class starts at 4:15, we will not be doing strength until 4:30. If you’re early and done with the warm up early, work on something until strength starts. Do you have your double unders? handstand pushups? pistols? muscle ups? Now is a good time to work on skill or stretch and foam roll.
3. Do not start packing up your equipment or have conversations (really loud over the music) with other members if you’re done with the wod and people are still working out.
4. Put your equipment back where it belongs and make sure it’s wiped down.
