If you haven’t downloaded the Sugarwod app, do it! It’s a great way to see what everyone in the gym has done with their score on the wod. It’s a great way to keep track of your workouts as well. It’s a free app and so far 20 plus Thor Fitness members are a part of it. Don’t forget to pre-register for the 7:30 am class the night before if you’re going to attend class.
