I found two pairs of Thor Fitness wrist wraps today. One pair was at the front of the gym on the rig and the other was in the back by the lifting area. Come and claim them. Also, if you were attending one of the weekend classes and accidentally took home a men’s grey shirt and found it in your gym bag or laundry, please return it and leave it in my office. One of your fellow CrossFitters went home shirtless!! Thank you!!

So today I was doing the sumo deadlift and working to a new P.R . First attempt failure! I didn’t think patty was watching, then she came over and told me I was doing two things wrong. I made the correction and guess what a new P.R. Just goes to show ..they are watching and you should listen to the coaches. Thanks Patty
